1. ALL ORDERS SUBMITTED ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. Please be 100% sure you are purchasing before submitting your order.
2. NO CANCELATION OR BACKING OUT. Cancelation or backing out will result to being added to our bogus buyers / joy reservers list.
3. Payments must be made within the Payment Deadline. For in-stock or on-hand items, amount due must be made within two days. If you need an extension, please let us know immediately. For pre-ordered items, amount due must be paid within the scheduled payment deadline of the pre-order period.
Orders not paid within the Payment Deadline will be marked CANCELED. If you cannot pay within the set deadline, and would need an extension, please kindly inform us immediately so that your order is not marked as canceled.
4. The CandySkyShop is committed to preparing the items and shipping them out via our courier, Xend. Once the parcel has been shipped out, we will provide you a tracking number so you can see the progress of your parcel in transit.
5. The CandySkyShop is not responsible for any delay in shipment made by the courier.
6. The CandySkyShop is not liable for any lost or damaged parcels while the parcel in transit, or delays in shipping time on the courier’s part.
7. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days upon receiving the item. Please note that shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer. So please make sure that all the details of your ordered items are correct before your order. For wrong sizes ordered, item can be exchanged if preferred size is available. *Policy is different for items purchased during a sale or a promo.
8. All items ordered during a SALE or PROMO period are final, no exchanges will be allowed. Items purchased during the sale period are not valid for exchanges. Please make sure you have the correct items and sizes for order.
9. MODIFICATIONS TO THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, SERVICE AND PRICES. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

For Fansite Group Pre-orders
1. Please take note that once you have placed an order, it is considered FINAL.
2. There will be NO REFUNDS once we have made the payment to the fansite.
3. If a fansite cancels the goods all of a sudden, The CandySkyShop will not issue a refund and will not be held liable for the non-delivery of the fangoods.
— Please note that: We take group pre-orders, accept your payments and transfer them to the fansites. After this we have no control over their release of goods, and we no longer have your payments.
4. Pre-ordered fangoods are considered imports, and therefore chargeable by Customs Tax, depending on the quantity and it product value/cost. Once the package arrives in Manila, it will be inspected by the Customs and they will give us a tax quote to be settled for the package to be released. The amount will be split among those who are part of the group pre-order. You will be informed about this once we receive the quote.
